Yaaji Flavoured Goat Chops with Bole Chips

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 300g Goat Chops

  • Unripe Plantain

  • Yaaji/Suya Spice

  • Salt and Black pepper to taste

  • Olive Oil

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  1. Clean and season goat chops with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

  2. Coat goat chops with yaaji spice and set aside.

  3. Heat up a lightly oiled skillet (medium-high heat)  

  4. Sear goat chops for 5-6 minutes on each side.

  5. Cut and soak plantain in water to get rid of starch (30 minutes).

  6. Put on a baking tray, spray with olive oil and roast in the oven for 20minutes at 170 degrees celsius.

  7. Serve hot with more Yaaji spice or a spicy tomato sauce.
