The Perfect Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bananas

  • 1 Braeburn apple

  • 1 cup of red seedless grapes

  • 1 cup of strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

  • 2 cups greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mint leaves

METHOD

  1. Throw all ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and blend until well combined

  2. If not thick enough, add more bananas. 

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
