Suya Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

​For the Suya Spice

  • 3 teaspoons finely ground roasted peanuts

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper, or red pepper flakes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Meatballs

  • 1kg mince meat

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  • 6 Bamboo skewers

  1. Soak skewer sticks in cold water 

  2. Preheat and grease grill

  3. In a bowl, combine all the suya spice ingredients

  4. In another bowl, combine meat, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, secret spice and suya spice

  5. Shape into about 20 meatballs and thread onto skewer sticks.

  6. Grill for about 12 minutes 

  7. Enjoy
