Spicy Chicken and Prawn Kebab

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chicken breasts, cubed

  • 18 King prawns, peeled, tail on

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne papper

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Chef Stone Secret Spice™️

  • 6 Bamboo Skewer Sticks

METHOD

  1. Soak Bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes before cooking.

  2. Place chicken and prawns in a bowl and marinate with a mixture of all the other ingredients for 20 minutes.

  3. Thread the chicken and prawns unto the skewer.

  4. Grill on a hot cast iron griddle pan or on a grill for 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Baste regularly with rest of marinade as you grill.
