South African Frikkadels

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 400g cooked white fish fillets

  • 3 medium potatoes

  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 100g panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  • Butter for frying

  1. Boil potatoes for about 15-20 minutes or until soft enough to mash

  2. Mash potatoes and combine with spring onions, parsley, egg, salt and pepper and secret spice

  3. Shape into balls then pat themflat with the palms of your hands

  4. Cost patties with panko crumbs and fry them in butter until golden brown.

  5. Enjoy
