Somali Biscuits Padana
INGREDIENTS

185g unsalted butter
-
180g caster sugar
-
220g flour
-
2 eggs
-
1/4 cup milk
-
a pinch of salt
-
60g almonds (Blanched)
-
60g toasted pine nuts
-
60g pistachio nuts
METHOD

Sift together the flour and salt, stir in the caster sugar.

On low-medium speed using a paddle attachment, mix in the butter until well combined.

Beat the eggs and add in with the milk, mix until you have a smooth dough.

Fold in the nuts till evenly distributed.

Pour into a greased 20-cm diameter cake pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180℃.

Slice and serve warm or cold with ice cream/whipped cream.
