Sauteed Asian Style King Prawns

featuring Chef Black

INGREDIENTS

  • 220g King Prawns (washed, deveined and shells removed)

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce

  • 25g butter

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1tablespoon sesame oil

METHOD

  1.  In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil

  2. Set a wok over medium to high heat. 

  3. Add oil, then butter. Add prawns and sautee for about 3 minutes

  4. Add soy sauce mixture and continue to sautee until prawns are cooked through

  5. Serve over rice, pasta or noodles. Enjoy!
