200g tuna steak

30g unsalted butter

2 tablespoon olive oil

kosher salt
-
whole black peppercorns

Season tuna steaks with salt and secret spice
-
Set a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat
-
Melt butter in olive oil and throw in peppercorns. cook until they start to pop.

Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, 1-2 minutes per side for rare, 2-3 minutes for medium rare.
