Moroccan Charmoula Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 8 Potatoes

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper

Charmoula

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon crushed chillis

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 teaspoon turmeric 

  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius

  2. In a bowl, cover potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper

  3. Blend ingredients for the Charmoula 

  4. Arrange in a single layer in a greased roasting tin and poke several times with a fork

  5. Pour blended Charmoula ingredients over potatoes

  6. Roast for about 35 minutes and serve hot!
