Moroccan Charmoula Potatoes

8 Potatoes

4 tablespoon olive oil
-
Salt and black pepper
Charmoula
-
3 tablespoon olive oil
-
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-
1 teaspoon crushed chillis
-
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-
2 teaspoon turmeric
-
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
-
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
-
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper
-
Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️
-
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
-
In a bowl, cover potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper
-
Blend ingredients for the Charmoula
-
Arrange in a single layer in a greased roasting tin and poke several times with a fork
-
Pour blended Charmoula ingredients over potatoes
-
Roast for about 35 minutes and serve hot!
