Lemon Black Pepper Cod

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 100g Cod

  • 1/ 2 cup lemon juice

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice

  • 2 tablespoon oil

  1. Season cod with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until hot.

  3. Add fillets and squeeze 1/2 of the lemon's juice over the tops. 

  4. Cook for 4 minutes and turn. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice 

  5. Continue to cook until fillets flake easily with a fork.
