Lemon Black Pepper Cod

INGREDIENTS
METHOD

100g Cod
-
1/ 2 cup lemon juice

Salt & black pepper
-
Chef Stone's Secret Spice
-
2 tablespoon oil
-
Season cod with salt, black pepper and secret spice.
-
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until hot.

Add fillets and squeeze 1/2 of the lemon's juice over the tops.
-
Cook for 4 minutes and turn. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice
-
Continue to cook until fillets flake easily with a fork.
