Lemon & Pink Peppercorn Crusted Salmon

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 2 Salmon Steaks, bone out

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 garlic, sliced

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed pink peppercorns

  • 2 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  • Chef stone secret spice

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper and secret spice.

  2. Combine crushed pink peppercorns, garlic, butter and lemon zest.

  3. Press the salmon skin side on the peppercorn mix so it holds the mix.

  4. Set a pan over medium heat, add the oil and sear the salmon for about 3 minutes per side.
