Extra Chocolatey Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 8oz semi sweet chocolate

  • 115g butter

  • 50g brown sugar

  • 150g granulated sugar

  • 80g flour

  • 11g cocoa powder 

  • 3 eggs

  • a pinch of salt

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees.

  2. Melt chopped chocolate with butter over a bain marie, let cool slightly.

  3. Whisk in the sugars.

  4. Add in eggs (one at a time)

  5. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and salt until well combined.

  6. Pour batter into a lined square Pan and bake for 35 minutes.

  7. Let cool and cut into squares.
