Extra Chocolatey Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS
METHOD

8oz semi sweet chocolate

115g butter
-
50g brown sugar
-
150g granulated sugar
-
80g flour
-
11g cocoa powder
-
3 eggs
-
a pinch of salt
-
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees.

Melt chopped chocolate with butter over a bain marie, let cool slightly.

Whisk in the sugars.

Add in eggs (one at a time)
-
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and salt until well combined.
-
Pour batter into a lined square Pan and bake for 35 minutes.
-
Let cool and cut into squares.
