Crispy Chicken Wings in Chilli Jam

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Gourmet Sauces by Chef Shuby’s Chili Jam

400g Chicken Wings
-
Black pepper
-
Salt
-
Chef Stone's Secret Spice

1 cup Cornflour
-
1 tbsp butter
-
Oil for frying
METHOD

Season chicken wings with black pepper, salt and secret spice
-
Toss wings in corn flour and deep fry until golden brown
-
Melt butter in pan, add wings and chill jam, mix till evenly coated
-
Serve
