INGREDIENTS

12 King Prawns (cleaned and deveined)

Juice of 1 large Lemon

1/8 cup olive oil
-
Salt and Black Pepper
-
1/2 cup panko
-
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
-
2 eggs (beaten)
-
1/2 cup flour
-
Vegetable Oil (For Frying)

Chef Stones Secret Spice™️

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper and secret spice in a bowl.

Pour the mix over the clean prawns
-
Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Combine coconut and panko in a bowl, put flour in another and eggs in the third
-
Dip prawns in flour, then eggs and finally panko-coconut mix
-
Deep fry for 2 minutes and serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
