Chicken Supreme on Potato Discs

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 150g Chicken Breast

  • 50g Butter

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 1 sprig rosemary

  • 5 baby potatoes, sliced thin

  • 3 Cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • Bunch of parsley, chopped

  • Salt & Black Pepper

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper and secret spice

  2. Set a pan over medium to high heat. Add oil.

  3. Add the chicken, rosemary and garlic. 

  4. Melt butter in the pan and start to butter baste the chicken with the butter oil. This will help speed up the cooking process.

  5. Cook for about 5 minutes and flip over, continue to butter baste until chicken is cooked through.

  6. Remove chicken then add the potatoes. saute potatoes until cooked, add the tomatoes a minute before potatoes are done.
