Chicken Caesar Fusilli Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Fusilli Pasta

300g chicken breast

1 romaine lettuce or mixed greens

1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

3/4 cup croutons
-
Salt & Black Pepper
-
Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 batch Homemade Caesar Dressing
METHOD

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and secret spice

Add 2 tablespoon of oil to a pan over medium heat and sear for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Cut into bite-size pieces

Add the mixed greens or romaine to a large serving bowl. Top with the chicken, tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to combine. Enjoy cold or at room temperature.
