Chef Stone's Suya Chicken Burger

200g minced chicken

2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon suya spice
-
3 tablespoons grated sweet onion

Salt and black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

Tomatoes, Sliced
-
Lettuce
-
Cheddar cheese slices
-
Burger buns
-
In a bowl, combine minced chicken, breadcrumbs, suya spice, grated onions, salt, black pepper and secret spice.

Roll into balls and flatten into 5 -inch diameter discs and 1 inch thickness

Put patties on a tray, cover with cling film and refrigerate for up to 1 hour

Set a pan over medium heat, add oil and sear the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Layer burger buns with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and chicken patties as desired.
