Asian Honey Garlic Shrimp Skillet

INGREDIENTS

200g Large Prawns
-
1/2 cup honey
-
2 cloves of garlic, minced
-
2 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
-
1 teaspoon crushed chillis
-
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
METHOD

Set a wok over high heat, add olive oil and sesame oil.

Add garlic then prawns to the wok continue to stir until prawns are cooked
-
add honey, soy sauce and crush chillis and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes
-
Serve in a cast Iron skillet to keep hot and sprinkle spring onions on top
